Junior Insolvency Administrator
Requires a basic understanding of insolvency principles and a desire to work in the corporate recovery sector.
Reporting to Insolvency Managers and Insolvency Practitioners, you will assist in the management of cases that vary in size and complexity: Administrations, Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies.
Insolvency Administrator Duties:
- Assist Case Administrators, Insolvency Managers and cashiers in carrying out instructions from Insolvency Practitioners; meet all statutory deadlines and progress cases in a timely manner (with assistance from Case Administrators, Managers and training).
- Manage own workloads to meet demands and communicate openly with progress on assignments.
- Communicate with creditors.
- Support the Firm’s external networking.
- As well as on the job training, seek to increase and apply own technical knowledge by attending courses, reading material and joining meetings.
- Ensure files and records are neatly kept, well organised and are fully up to date.
- Be aware of timesheet completion and chargeable time objectives.
- To progress to Insolvency Administrator you will show a sound knowledge of insolvency and an ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within defined timeframes.

Desired Qualifications:
On the job: Apprenticeship / entry level experience in the corporate recovery sector.
Academic route: 3 ‘A’ Levels (or equivalent)
Salary:
- Dependent upon experience.
