Senior Insolvency Administrator
Reporting to Insolvency Managers and Insolvency Practitioners you will manage a portfolio of cases that vary in size and complexity relating to level of experience: Company Administrations, Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies.
- As per Insolvency Administrator plus
- Preparation of six monthly case reviews.
- Overseeing accurate books & record inventories – Responsibility for safeguard of such items
- Maximising asset realisations & ensure recoveries are pursued in a timely manner
- Chairing creditors' meetings when appropriate
- Complete appropriate banking and cheque request forms in order to ensure that estate monies are handled and dealt with correctly
- Management of juniors.
- Support the Firm’s external networking occasionally and be proactive in identifying possible opportunities for new work.
- Supports Insolvency Assistant Manager / Manager.
- Assist Marketing with industry knowledge.
- Seek to further increase and apply own technical knowledge. Full CPI & JIEB study support.
- To progress to Assistant Insolvency Manager you will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of corporate recovery; team management capability.

- Awareness of financial targets / constraints & can contribute to achieving these
- Desire to work towards / achieved CPI Qualification
- Can apply knowledge of industry / markets to highlight potential business opportunities.
- An enthusiastic and positive team player.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive and in-depth corporate recovery experience.
- CPI qualification would be an advantage.
Salary:
- Dependent upon experience.
